CONNECTIONS:
Ben and Scott met upon his arrival on the NYC music scene. They played regularly at the legendary Augie’s (now Smoke) and ever since, in a multitude of musical situations, notably the Chris Potter Group, Mike Stern and the Ben Perowsky Trio. “Segment” from their trio record was featured in the juke box scene of Will Ferrell's film “Talladega Nights”.
Adam and Ben met in front of the High School of Music & Art. This began a musical friendship which led them on a path through numerous bands - most notably Lost Tribe - the ensemble they co-led, releasing three critically acclaimed records!
