Steve is an eclectic musician with experience in many worlds of music and has toured with David Byrne, Bebel Gilberto, Ruben Blades, among others. His group, Alaya, includes: Rob Thomas who has been heralded a pre-eminent improvising violinist; Mauricio Zottarelli, an award-winning drummer who has recorded and shared the stage with Esperanza Spalding, Hiromi, Eliane Elias, Marc Johnson, Richard Bona among others; bassist Evan Gregor who recently been touring with Grammy Award winning vocalist Patti Austin; and special guest, Premik, an acclaimed multi-instrumentalist who has worked with music greats Carlos Santana, Whitney Houston, Herbie Hancock, and Jackson Brown.
